Liverpool agreed a £27m deal to sign Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich.

The Spanish midfielder has been linked by the Reds for some weeks, Now it is going to be a done deal soon

The Athletic reporting that a deal has now been agreed between the two sides. 

It's a statement of intent from the Liverpool that the of Thiago is one of the Liverpool favourites to retain their title in this season. 

The 29-year-old Spaniard was impressive with  Bayern's treble-winning performance in 2019/20 and is revered as one of the best players in the world.
